Daily Maintenance


1. The refrigeration system using air cooled condenser fan should be regular maintenance, removal and decontamination condenser, in order to ensure good heat transfer performance of ventilation
2, hot and cold shock me a long shutdown is not used regularly every half power, power time is not less than one hour, and related spare parts and testing equipment is functioning properly.
3, hot and cold shock box should be cleaned regularly evaporator: cleanliness levels because the test is different, in the forced air circulation effect, it will gather a lot of dust particles and other small objects on the evaporator should be cleaned regularly.
4, low-temperature chamber circulation fan, condenser fan and clean balance correction: cleaning and evaporator is similar because of different working environment chamber, circulating fan, will gather a lot of dust and other small particles on the object condenser fan should regular cleaning.
5, hot and cold shock box device To move preferably at Paddy ASHDOWN Lai instrumentation technician guidance, in order to avoid damage to the equipment, such as customer self relocation, must have a professional electrician before turning on power to confirm correct operation of the circuit, or will burned equipment related components.
